Remuneration

Remuneration

We always measure our remuneration and all other costs objectively on the basis of the time and effort required for the specific case.

We always provide our clients with clear and detailed information on costs and calculate them based on client's decision and acceptance of the mandate.

When carrying out a mandate in Poland, you should always consider following costs:

  • lawyer fee;
  • court fee (this fee basically represents 5% of the amount in dispute);
  • stamp tax for power of attorney (this is PLN 17.00, approx. EUR 4.00);
  • translation costs (Polish authorities and courts are only allowed to work on the basis of documents in Polish language);
  • court expenses (e.g. interpreters, experts, witnesses);
  • enforcement costs (bailiff's expenses);
  • travel expenses.

All the above-mentioned costs are determined in court verdict according to Polish procedural law and imposed on the losing party.

In case of possible collaborations that can have a long-term character and that deal with a large number of cases, we are ready to consider other models.

You can find more information about the lawyer's fee here.
